For us, the richness of local cuisine always takes centre stage. In our Zeidlerstuben restaurant, you can enjoy traditional craftsmanship combined with regional variety. There is no substitute for seasonal and regional ingredients in terms of freshness and quality. That's why we source all our products from local producers wherever possible.

Our meat is the well-known Staufenfleisch from the abattoir in Göppingen. The dairy products we use in the restaurant also come from the region, e.g. from the Schwarzwaldmilch dairy in Freiburg.

As the preservation of the local orchards is very important to us, the company Boller Fruchtsäfte from Bad Boll supplies us with their regional products.
