- All electrical outlets are supplied with 230 V/50 Hz. International power adapters are available for purchase at reception.

- Apothecary / Pharmacy
- From the hotel entrance, turn right and then turn left at the crossroads. After passing the town centre, you will find the Rain Pharmacy on the right-hand side. Information about the emergency pharmacy service can be found HERE.
- Arrivals and Departures
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. and return your room key to the counter at the Zeidlerstuben restaurant. Thank you very much.
- ATM / Banks
- At Köngener Straße 5 you will find the nearest Volksbank and Kreissparkasse banks. Both have an ATM.
- Baby Cots
- Baby cots are available. Please contact our housekeeping team or reception.
- Bathroom Stool
- If you require a bathroom stool, no problem – simply let us know at reception.
- Bicycles
- Would you like to go on a bike tour but don't know the area? No problem! Use our bike tour planner to plan your individual cycling route. Please note that, for insurance reasons, charging e-bike batteries in your room is not permitted. Please use our bicycle garage for this purpose.
- Breakfast
- A rich breakfast awaits you in our breakfast room, the Bürgerstube, Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
- Bulky Laundry / Ironing Service
- Would you like us to have your laundry washed and ironed? We will be happy to arrange this through our laundry service. Please speak to us so that we can inform you about collection and return times.
- Bus Timetables
- Timetables for bus line 113 can be found on the first floor, or you can use our digital VVS journey planner. You can also find the VVS app for your smartphone in the Google Play Store.
- Car Repair Shop
- Please contact reception.
- Card Payment
- In addition to cash, we accept
Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa and Eurocheque cards. In the event of loss of
your card, please proceed as follows:
- Have your card(s) blocked.
- Have your bank code, account number and credit card number ready.
- Call the central card blocking service from within Germany: 116 116 (free of charge).
- From abroad: +49 116 116 (charges apply).
- In the event of theft or robbery, report it to the police.
- Apply for replacement card(s).

- Check-in from 2:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. Outside these times, our key box is available for check-in by prior arrangement.
- Children
- Children are very welcome here. In addition to our playground, we provide colouring materials, a children's menu with great dishes and toys at the drinks buffet.
- Clothes Iron / Ironing
- Need an iron to freshen up your clothes? No problem. We will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception. If you would like us to have your laundry ironed by our laundry service, please arrange collection and return times with us.
- Cushions / Pillows
- We will be happy to provide you with an additional pillow. You can choose between sizes 80 x 80 cm, 40 x 80 cm and 40 x 40 cm. Please ask at reception.
- Departure
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. and return your room key to the counter at the Zeidlerstuben restaurant. Thank you very much.
- Doctor
- A current list of doctors and emergency medical services is available at reception. If you do not feel well, please inform reception immediately. The general practitioner in Berkheim is Dr. Schöntal, telephone 0711/3451011. Outside consultation hours, please contact the emergency medical centre in Esslingen.
- Electric Vehicle Charging
- Two fast-charging stations for electric vehicles are available in front of our apartment building. We charge €0.56 per kWh for electricity.
- Express Check-out
- If you are in a hurry in the morning, you are welcome to settle
your bill the evening before or leave your credit card details with us. We will then
charge your card and send you the invoice as a PDF.
- Facilities / Leisure
- Our Guest & Travel Service provides
information on events and
sights and attractions, always up to date and with
direct booking options. In our foyer and on the first floor, you will also find various
flyers and brochures with information about Esslingen am Neckar, including
numerous sports and leisure activities and event tips. We have also prepared
several running and cycling recommendations for you as PDF files.

- Our Guest & Travel Service provides information on events and sights and attractions, always up to date and with direct booking options. You will also find numerous flyers and brochures with information about events and Esslingen in our foyer. For further suggestions, please contact reception.
- Fax
- Our fax number is 0711/3452854. We do not charge for incoming faxes. Faxes sent from reception are charged at €0.50 per unit.
- Festivities / Celebrations
- For special occasions, we will be happy to put together menu and buffet suggestions for you. We organise celebrations of all sizes according to your wishes. Please let Mr. or Mrs. Vogt advise you.
- Fire Escape Routes
- A fire escape plan is located on the inside of every room and apartment door. Please familiarise yourself with the escape routes and, if necessary, use the emergency staircase in the south wing. Fire extinguishers are located on every floor and in the stairwell.
- Flowers
- Our reception staff will be happy to order flowers for you.
- Food & Drinks / Restaurant
- Our restaurant with regional specialities is open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. We will be happy to reserve a table for you. Hot food is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Afterwards, we offer a small late-night menu. Please note that our restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- Forgotten Items / Lost & Found
- If you find any items, please hand them in at reception. If you are looking for something you have lost, please also contact reception.
- Hairdryer
- You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom next to the mirror.
- Hand Towels / Towel Change
- If you would like fresh towels, simply place the used towels in the shower tray.
- Hotel Reservation
- You are welcome to book your next stay directly with us. Please contact our reception team or make a reservation directly via our website.
- House Key
- Please take your room key with you if you leave or return to the hotel after 11:00 p.m. The key is also required on Sundays, as our restaurant and reception have a rest day. For security reasons, please report the loss of your room key immediately. In the event of loss, we charge €25.00 for a replacement identification medium.
- Hygiene Products / Toiletries
- Hygiene products such as toothbrushes and razors are available at reception.
- Internet / Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the apartments. Internet access is free of charge for hotel guests 24 hours a day. Please connect to the Wi-Fi network "Hotel Berkheimer Hof", accept the terms and conditions and you are ready to go. Please note that this is an open network.
- Ironing
- Need an iron to freshen up your clothes? No problem. We will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception.
- Jogging / Running
- You are welcome to
download our running and jogging recommendations as PDF files to your phone. We
