At our hotel and restaurant, we are committed to the responsible use of energy and resources. To this end, we implement concrete measures-ranging from on-site energy generation and an energy management system to electric mobility and reusable items.

- Some of our roofs feature extensive green roofs.
- We operate a photovoltaic system on our roof to generate our own electricity.
- Since 2020, we have been operating a combined heat and power (CHP) unit from Remeha, which generates 11 kW of electrical power and 24 kW of thermal energy.
- We use an in-house energy management system to monitor our energy consumption.
- All rooms are equipped with energy-saving devices that reduce energy consumption when guests are absent.
- We use LED lighting throughout the hotel and restaurant.
- Since 2022, two electric vehicle charging stations, each with a charging capacity of 22 kW, have been available to our guests.
- Our bicycle garage has eight charging points for e-bikes.
- For many of our food items, we rely on local suppliers and seasonal products.
- We focus on waste prevention and consistent waste separation.
- Reusable bottles are part of our everyday routine.
- We serve takeout meals in a reusable glass container system.
